Location: Windsor, ON Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tooling Engineer in our Windsor, Ontario New Model Team.

The Tooling

Engineer is responsible for supporting the new model team to achieve success in all programs.

Tooling

Engineer (Recent Model) will help coordinate and follow-up on New Product Launches

Using Microsoft project

Order all materials to support early builds / parts for the customers

Buy off on all tools at suppliers, internals shops before they ship

Ensure all engineering changes to tools are tracked, implemented and approved

Directly responsible for the management of the Manufacturing engineer actions, responsibilities and assignments as noted above

Mentor and train manufacturing engineers to ensure their job duties are performed accurately and correctly

Post-secondary education in Engineering recommended The Company is vertically integrated from mined raw materials, direct reduced iron, and ferrous scrap to primary steelmaking and downstream finishing, stamping, tooling, and tubing.
