Responsibilities include maintaining client records, facilitating communication, and overseeing the accuracy of policy documents.

Your role is key in ensuring high standards in client service across our accounts. Set up digital and physical client files effectively

- Support clients with renewal packages and inquiries
- Track invoicing and manage account receivables
- Minimum 2 years in commercial insurance
- Experience with digital insurance management systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
