No insurance experience? We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days. As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you’ll play a key role in driving business success.

You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates,



and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory disability insurance eligible bonuses We encourage innovation and educated risk-taking.
