At Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc., Deliver frontline technical, operational, and safety training programs. Lead recent employee orientation in coordination with site leadership. Coordinate all aspects of training including scheduling, attendance, and logistics.

Maintain training systems, records, and databases with a high level of accuracy. Develop and update training materials (classroom, online, and OJT). Support LMS implementation and ongoing system improvements.

Act as a key resource to plant leadership, supporting training priorities and workforce development. Influence training outcomes through strong engagement and collaboration with site teams. Monitor and report on training effectiveness and workforce competency.

Identify and recommend improvements to training programs, systems, and delivery approaches. Partner with the broader Canadian Training team to drive consistency and best practices. Two years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar role.





Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.

Experience with training systems and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training systems (Workday LMS preferred). Knowledge of industrial safety training programs (e.g., Competitive wages and bonus opportunities.
