Your mission includes building engaging learning modules that align with industry standards. Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts to produce high-quality training content and maintain existing resources that meet set objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and structure training content effectively
- Develop both online and in-class training strategies
- Deliver innovative ideas to enhance learning experiences
- Draft comprehensive teaching scenarios and assessments
- Upload and update materials on the LMS platform

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe tools
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Bilingual writing skills in French and English
- Curiosity in analyzing learning needs
