Reporting to supervisor of Training Designer, the incumbent will play a strategic role in the development of training materials for Transat’s internal and external clients. The incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to use different approaches to build learning modules on various industry related topics and to produce all training materials using various technologies.

Analyze and structure content

- Research and develop online and in-class training strategies
- Prioritize content and ensure it meets the set objectives
- Deliver creative and innovative ideas
- Draft teaching scenarios, training content, and assessments according to interactive and technical specifications
- Upload materials to the LMS platform and keep it up to date




- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of all tools and training
- Establish core training materials and create specific online modules ;

Experience with the following tools (an asset): Microsoft Office

- Adobe Photoshop,Lightroom, PremierePro, Audition, and Presenter
- Writing skills in French and English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in French syntax, grammar, and spelling
- Aptitude for finding information and analyzing needs in both French and English. Artificial intelligence tools are used to analyze applications, whether to sort or preselect profiles based on criteria related to job requirements.
