As a Training Specialist for our Histology team at the Laval location, you will coordinate and participates in the training of the technical staff, ensure that the training records are initiated and kept up to date and that the techniques are carried out in accordance with quality standards set. Evaluates the training required for each technician and train the technical staff to meet quality and quantity standards

- Manages the material needed for training
- Remain informed of all legislation and developments related to job through self-education and external training
- Prepares and update training records
- Participates in the evaluation process of the technical staff
- Performs method development and validation studies under the supervision of a Research Associate and /or a Pathologist
- Contributes to the elaboration of the training programs. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Histology Technician
- Be a reference, an example and a leader for the technical staff

- Starting at $27.25/hr
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime. Depending on the business needs, you may have to do overtime and/or weekends
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
