The Position

Move materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Must be able to operate mobile equipment such as fork-lift’s and ditch digger
- Must be able to pull chute on remote with 10 tonne loci
- Must be able to perform chute blasting
- Must be able to move personnel, material and explosives using 5 tonne loci
- Must be able to perform track maintenance as required
- Track Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by the Frontline Supervisor

Skills And Qualifications

- High School Diploma
- Underground Common Core Certificate
- Some construction specialty modules
- U0006 Blast Rock
- U0013 Operate Lifting Mechanism(s)
- U0014 Operate Fork Lift




- U0019 Perform Track Haulage – Operate Underground Haulage Train Remote Control
- U0033 Operate Oxyacetylene Equipment
- U0035 Operate Backhoe
- U0067 Perform Track Haulage – Operate Underground Haulage Train
