Team Lead specializing in Recruiting and Team Leadership Job Title: Training Specialist – Senior Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (On‑site) Client: Public healthcare sector (preferred) Pay Rate: C$45–C$55 per hour The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining training and communication materials that support enterprise Management Information Systems (MIS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within a public‑sector healthcare environment. The role requires expertise in training documentation, online learning platforms, stakeholder engagement, and end‑user support, with a robust focus on privacy, security, and legislative compliance. Design, develop, review, and maintain training curricula, education strategies, and documentation for MIS and HRIS solutions Support and maintain online learning management systems, including documentation updates and content governance Guide the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, stakeholders, and subject matter experts Facilitate working groups, workshops, information sessions, and webinars to assess and address training needs Deliver and support technical training related to MIS and HRIS systems,
