This Monday to Friday role runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Engage in hands-on tasks like core inspection, teardown, and transmission finishing while continually developing your skills under supervision. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute parts cleaning and transmission teardown tasks
- Inspect and prepare surfaces for assembly
- Paint casings and package completed transmissions
- Mentor and train junior team members as required
- Carry out preventive maintenance on tools and equipment

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manually lift up to 49lbs
- Proficiency with basic hand tools in production environments
- Positive attitude and self-motivation are essential
