This position is for a pick-up and delivery driver. It is incentive-based pay with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. You would be responsible for delivering to /picking up from customers in the area surrounding the Marathon terminal, loading and unloading your truck for deliveries and meeting time-sensitive requirements.





This will be a Monday - Friday position doing local P&D; in our service area in a straight truck or tractor-trailer work. You will be required to help load/unload and perform your daily peddle safely and efficiently. This run may include Baxter home deliveries and also be vacation coverage for other tractor positions for local work.

Communicate issues regarding deliveries with dispatch so that we might be able to assist. Must be hard working, customer orientated and have a good knowledge of the city and service our area Forklift qualified (will train) Comfortable with computers (Handheld delivery units - we will train) Comfortable with in-home deliveries to medical patients which includes moving freight inside the patient's home Valid AZ Driver's License Clean Criminal record TDG / Fork Truck Certification (will train) You have previous experience with LTL freight and are driven to succeed! Competitive wages $28.00 + Incentive Pay!
