You'll be at the heart of our operations, maintaining and improving a diverse range of buildings, from our state-of-the-art facilities to historic Guildhall city-centre location. As a valued member of our team, you'll tackle a wide variety of tasks, including planned maintenance, new installations, and essential repair work.

but during periods of high demand the team is expected to work flexibly to ensure continuity of the service. You will be part of an on-call rota team covering business critical issues out of hours and at weekends, with overtime paid in addition to the call out allowance for attendance on site. We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual with a City and Guilds Level (or equivalent) in plumbing.

Craft trade apprentice, trained to City and Guilds Level in the core trade or equivalent qualifications. Current domestic gas safe qualification. Demonstrable experience in a building services environment.

Knowledge of safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment. Strong experience with health and safety risk management techniques. A flexible and adaptable approach to your work and hours. Shortlisting and interviewing will be on an ongoing basis for this position.
