:

- The Treasury Support Analyst is responsible for providing application and production support for treasury and capital markets platforms.

- The role involves troubleshooting trading system issues, supporting application migrations and upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of front office trading applications within the financial markets environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

- Proven experience supporting front office or trading system applications for fixed income or treasury desks.

- Knowledge of Kondor application within an investment banking environment.

- Strong understanding of capital markets products, particularly fixed income and treasury.

- Experience supporting major application migrations or upgrades.

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

- Technical expertise in Unix or Linux, SQL, Control-M, and Shell scripting.

- Client-focused approach with robust adherence to deadlines and service level agreements.

Experience:

- Experience working in the financial services industry.

- Experience providing production support for treasury or capital markets platforms.

- Experience troubleshooting pricing issues and trade processing failures.

- Experience supporting trading floor applications and system administration activities.

- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities:
