We are seeking a Triskell Platform Administrator and Functional Analyst to support and evolve our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) ecosystem. This hybrid role combines platform administration with functional expertise, ensuring that the Triskell platform effectively supports business processes, governance, and decision-making. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Platform Administration

Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.

Functional Analysis

Gather and document business requirements related to PPM, resource planning, and financial tracking. Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Align platform capabilities with business processes and governance frameworks.

Configuration and Continuous Improvement Configure and optimize key modules (portfolios, projects, resources, financials). Maintain documentation of configurations and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.

Reporting and Data Management Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance. Support data migrations, integrations, and validation activities. Provide actionable insights based on platform data.

Provide

Level 2/3 support and manage incidents or service requests. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: ~ A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. ~3-7 years of relevant experience in application administration, functional analysis, or PPM tools.



~ The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. ~ ASSETS: Experience in PMO or project governance environments. Power BI).
