Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Winnipeg, MB.

The Truck

Driver will operate company trucks and trailers to transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes in Canada and the United States, following all applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and handling freight, loading and unloading as required, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role involves communicating with dispatch and warehouse teams, adhering to schedules,



and representing Mehtoj Group Ltd. professionally with customers and partners.

The Truck

Driver is expected to follow all safety protocols, care for equipment, and support continuous improvement in transportation and logistics operations.

Qualifications

- Valid CDL Class 1 and strong Truck Driving experience.
- Ability to safely operate trucks and related equipment, with experience in loading, securing, and Unloading freight.
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and other transportation safety standards, with a consistent record of compliance.
- Clean driving record, strong situational awareness, and commitment to protected driving practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to travel long distances.
- Positive communication skills and ability to follow dispatch instructions and complete required paperwork accurately.
- Physical ability to lift and move freight as required and to perform vehicle inspections and minor preventative checks.
- Previous experience in freight transportation, warehousing, or logistics is an asset.
