UNCERTIFIED TEACHERS TEACHING ON CALL IN MACKENZIE, BC - SD No. Our District is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as CASUAL Uncertified Teachers Teaching on Call in Mackenzie, BC. Applicants will preferably have a minimum of three years of post-secondary education at the university level, along with a variety of recent experiences working with either children or teens in a coaching, mentoring or employment capacity.

This posting is specific to individuals willing to work in the rural community of Mackenzie, B.Please check the location of this community prior to applying to this posting. Applicants must be prepared to work on a casual on call basis in any school in their geographical area. Knowledge of Ministry of Education’s redesigned curriculum and core competencies. Evidence of appropriate qualifications and/or experience in working with children. Knowledge of First Nations Principles and the Principles of Truth and Reconciliation.

Understanding how to support the social emotional regulation of children. A proven ability to develop a positive learning workplace and evidence of strong organization and ability to manage groups of children. The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the greater community.
