Receive title insurance orders by phone, portal, online and email Review underlying documentation including title reports, searches, surveys and other related documents Underwrite and prepare title insurance policies Respond to customer inquiries with respect to policy coverage, underwriting, rates and procedures Provide superior customer service and maintain solid customer relationships 5 years' experience as a real estate law clerk in a law firm working on real estate files from open to close ~ Professional and customer service focused, with excellent communication skills ~ Proficiency in Microsoft office ~ Title insurance experience an asset Any pay range is in $CAD.
