We are seeking a production-focused Underwriter to drive growth within our Professional Liability practice, specializing in trustee and fiduciary liability coverage. Underwrite, structure, and drive current business and renewal opportunities to closewithin trustee/fiduciary liability Manage submissions through the full lifecycle: intake, analysis, quoting, negotiation, and binding 3–5+ years of underwriting experience in professional or private D&O; liability, with exposure to trustee, fiduciary, or similar specialty lines ~ Strong understanding of policy forms, coverage nuances, and pricing strategies ~ Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship management skills Builds a reliable pipeline through strong wholesale and retail partner relationships It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this position.
