Senior Tax

Staff in our U.Tax practice participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements and to contribute to the delivery of compliance services and innovative tax planning ideas for our diverse clients. S. federal and state corporate income tax to support tax compliance and reporting engagements S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients S. income tax provisions for public and private companies S. federal and state tax issues, including cross border matters, and draft transparent, practical technical memoranda Develop thoughtful, practical tax planning recommendations and implementation approaches Exercise sound professional judgement in complex and technical areas Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients Identify opportunities to enhance client service and support additional tax planning initiatives Leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality of work Participating in national initiatives. Contributing to a flexible,
