Within

Bentley, the Design organization plays a critical role in ensuring these solutions are not only powerful but also intuitive, productive, and aligned with user needs. Because our products support complex engineering workflows, a deep understanding of our users' goals, challenges, and processes is essential to creating successful experiences. As a member of the Integration & Interoperability team you will help shape our product portfolio by partnering with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive experiences that help users work seamlessly across Bentley and third-party applications.

Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process. Participate in design critiques, concept reviews, and solution ideation.

Contribute to and champion Bentley's design system. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.

Advanced

Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Experience working in Agile,



cross-functional product teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with the infrastructure field. Prior exposure to 3D/CAD. Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field.
