- Manage full Accounts Payable cycle and payment processing
- Maintain vendor invoices and payments in the accounting system
- Resolve discrepancies proactively and efficiently




- Support monthly AP close with journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist in tax filings for Canadian and US entities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or Accounts Payable
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle NetSuite
- High attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
