Join Hootsuite as a Summer 2026 Co-op in IT Operations based in Vancouver, BC. Contribute to hardware deployment, Helpdesk solutions, and AV setups starting September 12th. This role is on-site for four months, offering opportunities to work closely with the Global IT team. You’ll gain experience in technical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration in a vibrant tech environment, tailored for learning while serving a global user base. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with laptop deployment for end-users
- Manage configurations for offboarded MacBooks
- Install and maintain office hardware solutions
- Track and update the hardware asset management
- Document resolutions and procedures in the ticket system

Requirements:

- Proficient in troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
- Familiarity with AV meeting room technology
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Willingness to learn and develop current IT skills
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
