You will navigate the workplace with interaction alongside a Registered Nurse and play a key role in enhancing clients’ quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

- Care for clients: bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Report significant client observations to nursing staff
- Respond to patient alarms and calls effectively
- Use specialized equipment to assist in client care
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of client spaces

Requirements:

- Completion of a recognized Health Care Assistant Program
- Registration eligibility with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks essential to the role
- Robust organizational abilities to manage workloads
