Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care District Animal Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional chance for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital. Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively clients, referring veterinarians & internal office messages Invoicing/billing; Excellent customer service skills; General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas and common areas Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments Previous customer service or front desk experience in hospitality or retail is an asset!

No experience with animals, no problem, so long as you love pets!
