We are seeking a Vice President (Manager), M&A; and Capital Markets to join the Advisory team. This is a replacement role. In this role, you will lead and support a range of complex transactions and capital markets initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes for clients.

Lead a range of advisory (sell, buy side and capital raising) assignments concurrently assuming responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on projects Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis and evaluate key drivers of financial performance Assist in the identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors/lenders Generate current business opportunities within the M&A; and Capital Markets practice and BDO in general, developing long-term relationships and networks Be entrepreneurial in nature to drive growth and practice management in our growing team clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality work You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or related major with a CPA, CFA or CBV designation. You have minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/corporate finance The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary.
