Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout the Greater Toronto Area, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control Assisting with project progress and site reports Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications Minimum 7+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Ontario construction practices Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset Ability to effectively communicate and deliver services in French considered an asset Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows
