With at least two years of experience, you will work in various settings, including social services and vocational rehabilitation. Your expertise will guide clients through barriers to employment and support job readiness, ensuring they achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs for rehabilitation and training
- Conduct interviews to gather employment histories
- Develop and implement intervention programs
- Administer and interpret client assessment tests
- Liaise with community agencies for referrals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in counselling or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
