Systems seeks a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics functions and coordinate team efforts.

Your role will encompass managing shipping, transportation activities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will ensure compliance with safety policies and support operational expansions, including travel to U.S. terminals as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Southbound logistics team's daily operations
- Oversee transportation and order fulfillment processes




- Drive KPIs and implement process enhancements
- Act as primary contact in absence of VP Operations
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years in logistics, at least 1 in leadership
- Solid knowledge of logistics management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing operational demands
