CoLab Software is seeking a VP of Demand Generation to own marketing-sourced pipeline and scale our demand function into the next growth phase. You’ll lead a four-person team, shape ABM motions, and align with Sales and the executive team to drive revenue outcomes.

You’ll architect integrated programs across paid, digital, field marketing, and events, ensuring effective CAC and measurable pipeline growth. This is a North America–based role with hybrid/remote flexibility.
