Ciena is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Planning, reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

You will be pivotal in translating demand signals and product roadmaps into a cohesive supply plan. Your focus will be on evolving the supply chain operating model while partnering with departments to enhance planning capabilities and tools. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process monthly
- Lead global demand planning for diverse product channels
- Develop supply network and capacity planning strategies
- Establish inventory strategy to optimize working capital
- Drive improvements in excess and obsolete inventory management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 15+ years in supply chain, 5+ in leadership
