At Hilti, our warehouse team keeps everything moving. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a hands-on role ensuring the right products get to the right place at the right time - helping our customers build the future. You'll support sales and customer service by partnering with our distribution team across receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment, while driving efficiency through Lean principles.

Responsible for the preparation and shipping of outbound parcels and receipt of inbound product. Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets. Maintain inventory control by utilizing appropriate equipment and performing cycle counts.

Maintain quality service by following organizational standards.

High School

Diploma or GED, preferred. proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Reach Truck

Operator experience is required. Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck). The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets;
