Supply Chain/Logistics CPC Pumps Canada Burlington Bring your curiosity to work as our next Warehouse Supervisor . You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. This position is a newly created role within CPC Pumps International Inc.

Lead Warehouse Operations : Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth support of production and customer requirements.

Manage Inventory Accuracy : Ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability to maintain operational and financial integrity.

Supervise and Develop the Team : Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Drive Warehouse Efficiency : Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve productivity, reduce handling time, and support manufacturing operations. Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role ~ Post‑secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset ~ Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (e.g.,



Forklift certification is an asset ~ Familiarity with material flow to production and work order processes ~ Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives ~ Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per year. This role requires you to work on‑site at our facility in Burlington, Canada (CA).
