We’re seeking a Pipelayer to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil construction projects across the region.

As a Pipelayer, you’ll work alongside a skilled crew in the field to deliver high‑quality work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building their skills, working outdoors, and being part of projects that shape communities.



Perform all work safely in line with company policies and WorkSafeBC standards.

Complete jobs to the required specifications and quality standards. Rig and hoist pipe sections safely, ensuring proper securing and support. Install various pipe systems, including water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, etc.

Assist in trench preparation and grading—both manual labor and in coordination with equipment operators. Work independently and within a team, taking ownership of tasks without constant supervision. Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly site meetings. 1-3 years Civil Construction experience. ~ Comfortable working around heavy equipment. ~ Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands. ~ First Aid Training an asset.

Union hourly rate: $38.60–$40.53 per hour. Training and career development opportunities.
