As an experienced Estimator working in the Pre-Construction team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success. Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.

Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail. Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure exact contract specifications and pricing. Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.

Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.



Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project. A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration. ~ Experience building relationships with industry and project stakeholders. ~ Critical research skills used for identifying and analyzing project-specific expenses.Expertise in quantity take-offs to guarantee accuracy in contract specifications and pricing.
