Subcontractor Management: Solicit, review, and negotiate competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors.

Budget Analysis: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and addenda to identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site superintendents during the pre-construction phase. Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard estimating and digital take-off software.
