You'll bridge communication between the foreman and crew, pushing for a safe and efficient work workplace. Strong candidates will have a solid background in pipe installation and site safety practices while demonstrating exceptional leadership traits. Key Responsibilities:

- Aid the foreman in day-to-day operations
- Coordinate tasks among labourers and operators
- Uphold trench safety and safety practices on site
- Direct work and solve problems proactively
- Maintain clear communication with project oversight

Requirements:

- 3+ years in the underground construction field
- Experience as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or similar
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ready to obtain WHMIS & CSTS 2020
- Strong communication and leadership skills
