As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things: Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Managing inventory and money control systems Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a current marketing window Scholarship Opportunities Hands on career experience in a restaurant business Education : High school diploma or equivalent,



college degree preferred A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
