Become an Overnight Support Worker with 360°kids, dedicated to assisting marginalized youth on weekends from 11 PM to 7 AM. Shape their futures through comprehensive support and mentorship. At 360°kids, our 35 years of service provide a foundation for supporting youth affected by trauma.

Your role will involve case management, crisis intervention, and the encouragement of life skills development tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule in-person meetings to assess youth needs
- Provide mentoring and develop life skills for youth
- Manage conflicts and respond to youth emergencies
- Document all interactions and updates for case plans
- Advocate for youth in accessing necessary services

Requirements:

- CYW Diploma/Degree or similar education
- Experience working with youth in crisis situations
- First aid/CPR certification mandatory
- G driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in French an added advantage
