Deliver outstanding service as a Concierge at Westin Whistler. We are seeking a warm and approachable individual to enhance our guests’ experiences throughout their stay. This full time position starts September 8, 2026, for the winter season.

Your role requires you to possess knowledge about local dining, entertainment, and transportation options. You will not only assist guests in planning their activities but also ensure their questions are promptly answered, creating an inviting atmosphere that showcases the Westin brand. Being a team-oriented professional will drive your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer queries related to dining and recreation
- Notify guests of received mail and packages
- Maintain updated information on local attractions
- Comply with health and safety requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in customer service
- Previous experience as a Concierge is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of Whistler needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
