We are hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level customer service position. You will assist clients who have requested information about supplemental benefits, answer their questions, and guide them through available coverage options.

No previous insurance experience is necessary. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, or sales are encouraged to apply.

A Typical Day

Your responsibilities will include

Connecting with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

Learning about each client's needs and concerns

Clearly explaining available benefits and coverage options

Assisting with applications, enrollment, and account updates

Following up with clients and providing continued support

Keeping client information and documentation accurate and organized

Building qualified, long-term client relationships
