Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and support complex Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services, with the ability to integrate Workday with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
- Build and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and support documents.
- Participate in Workday releases and enhancement projects.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Workday Studio Development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday EIB
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services (WWS)
- Report Writer & Calculated Fields
- XML, XSLT, XPath
- SOAP and REST APIs
- JSON and Web Services Integration
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Perks, or Financials modules.
- Knowledge of integration middleware and enterprise application integration concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience integrating Workday with ERP, Payroll, Identity Management, and third-party vendor applications.
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, or other scripting technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
