Currently, we have an opening for a Workshop Planning Supervisor . In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of workshop processes, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with shop supervisors and other departments to maximize the efficient workflow through the shops across Canada.

Are you a skilled, detail-oriented leader with a knack for planning and supporting maintenance operations in a fast-paced workshop environment? This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a planning team, coordinate schedules, and contribute to the success of our workshops in Lively, Surrey, Val-d'Or and Miramichi.

Lead and manage the planning team to ensure efficient workflow and performance.

Oversee planner training and cross-training for skill development and operational flexibility.

Evaluate and optimize workshop schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and labor budgets.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, promoting a protected work environment.

Proven track record in planning, maintenance, or workshop management;

Experience in mining,



heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sector is considered an asset.

Expertise in workflow optimization and resource allocation in a workshop or industrial setting.

Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant tools and software, such as Maximo.

Ability to travel as needed to facilities located across Canada.
