Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings

This is a regular, full-time role

You will be working 100% in-office

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What You Will Do

This role works in partnership with the facilities and security team. The incumbent will assist and, in some cases, manage the day-to-day running of various facilities activities, including handling work orders, meeting event coordination (including setup and teardown), handling café and lunch spaces through restocking and distributing supplies.

The incumbent is a self-starter, who can prioritize work and ensure that work is performed, while delivering a high customer service experience to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system.

Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator.

Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations.

Meeting event coordination and café cleanup.

Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required.

Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation.

What We're Looking For

Secondary school graduation or equivalent work experience required

3 months of work experience

Nice to have

Previous job or volunteer experience as a day porter or similar facilities role.

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $49,000 to $60,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
