Responsibilities

- Yard maintenance: Refuse sorting, cutting grass, debris pickup, recycle bin maintenance, shop cleanup, etc.
- General safety checks and inspections plus assisting with equipment maintenance.
- Working with water pumps.
- Public service: Bill and collect payments. Direct clients and ensure they follow procedure.
- Other duties as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous equipment operation, customer service, yard work, and equipment maintenance experience would be an asset.

Hours

Full‑time position; Tuesday to Saturday during summer operating hours; Monday to Friday during winter operating hours; Sundays and STATS off.
