This part-time position involves planning and implementing educational activities for children aged 0-6 while ensuring a safe, welcoming setting. Your work will foster healthy relationships and promote learning in the early years. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan child-centered experiences aligned with the YMCA curriculum
- Offer caring and supportive interactions with children and families
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children across the programs
- Uphold the YMCA's core values and mission
- Follow established policies and procedures for child care
Requirements:
- Experience with 0-12 age group in educational settings
- Current or completed Early Childhood Education qualifications
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
- At least 18 years of age and able to clear background checks
- Fit to lift up to 20 kg and perform routine physical duties
