Worker (IYCW) positions are available, focusing on enhancing the educational experience for Indigenous students.

Responsibilities include providing individual support, promoting cultural practices, and ensuring effective communication with families and communities. You will work closely with teachers and Indigenous staff to create an enriching workplace for students. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and maintain Indigenous student identification forms
- Support academic success through one-on-one and group assistance




- Promote Indigenous worldviews and healing practices
- Monitor student progress and provide crisis intervention

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Two years of college coursework in youth care
- Experience with mental health and behavior management
- Valid Class 5 B.C. driver’s license
- Proven knowledge of Indigenous culture
