Compensation: $25.50–$30.00/hr (~$53,000–$62,000/year) + benefits, RRSP matching, career development Start Date: Immediate Street Culture Project is hiring a Youth Housing & Staffing Manager to provide operational leadership to our Transitional Housing programs. You’ll oversee frontline Youth Care Workers, coordinate staffing coverage, and ensure that youth in our Peer Homes and Shelter receive safe, consistent, trauma‑informed care. This hands‑on management role works closely with on‑site Supervisors and program leadership to keep our housing programs running smoothly.

This role is ideal for an experienced Youth Care Worker, Team Lead, or Supervisor ready to step into a formal management position. Coach, train, and support Youth Care Workers using trauma‑informed, youth‑centered approaches Coordinate daily staffing schedules and coverage across multiple housing locations Provide real‑time guidance and support to staff during shifts Ensure program standards, policies, and documentation requirements are met Collaborate with program leadership to support high‑quality care and continuous improvement Minimum 2 years of direct youth care experience (required) Experience supervising staff or acting as a team lead (asset) A deep commitment to equity,



harm reduction, cultural humility, and trauma‑informed care Strong time management and documentation skills Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance (upon hire) Comfortable using HR software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office First Aid/CPR, ASIST, or Mental Health First Aid (asset; training can be provided) At Street Culture Project, we’re not just a team—we’re a movement.
