Our mission is simple - to see young people living fully in Christ. We are committed to helping youth develop holistically by offering programs and developing relationships that nurture the whole person - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Youth

Unlimited YFC exists to help young people in Southwestern Ontario experience hope and attain their full life potential by showing love and care for their whole person and encouraging them to know, follow, and serve God. We are looking for the kind of person who can plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and/or Elementary/High School setting. The interested candidate should be able to create programs based on their God-given abilities while considering the needs of the community youth they are serving.

Relationship building capabilities are essential to this position.

Responsibilities include creative programming, team work and team building, personal/professional development, administrative tasks, and creating a support base of ministry partners who will financially support you in this ministry.

Work directly with youth Attend meetings: regular supervisory meetings, monthly satellite staff meetings, bi-monthly chapter wide staff meetings, and annual retreats/conferences Advocate for youth through fundraising Interact with the public, providing clear communication to parents of youth Complete administrative tasks (monthly reports, policies, etc)
