You show up for all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work. You are comfortable owning a task from start to finish and you take the initiative to make continuous process improvements. You thrive in a changing environment and are able to pivot direction easily.
You will prepare and package food items according to weekly recipe specifications with the use and operation of specific single use packaging portioning machines. You will be required to work in a safe manner and to assist in maintaining a clean, healthy, food-safe production facility. The role includes end-of-shift cleanup and the proper staging of finished products.
You will be working your shift in an area where the temperature is maintained between 0-4 degrees Celsius. Operated and maintained industrial portioning and packaging machines in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring consistent output and minimum downtime.
Experience operating and maintaining industrial portioning and packaging machines in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting. Strong numerical skills with experience in inventory management and stock control.
Solid understanding of allergen segregation and food safety compliance. Hourly wage of $22.20. Schedule of Thursday to Sunday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.
