Lead aviation sustainability initiatives at EXP as a Project Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on sustainability strategy development and engaging clients in meaningful discussions about their impact.
You will collaborate with our regional Aviation team on exciting infrastructure projects within the U.S. and Canada. The position allows for remote and hybrid work arrangements. Your duties will include supporting LEED certification processes and conducting analyses to boost clients' sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for sustainability strategies
- Support clients with LEED and other certification efforts
- Analyze greenhouse gas inventories and carbon assessments
- Present compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions among diverse stakeholder groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of sustainability project experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and capability to work independently
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflow optimization
